TO PLACE AN ORDER
As many of our products are customised to meet your specific requirements we do not have an online store as such.
Full payment on receipt of invoice for items for immediate despatch or for bespoke orders/goods for despatch within 6 weeks of order date.
50% deposit for bespoke orders/items for despatch at a later date; balance of payment will be due 2 weeks prior to despatch.
TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Once we have confirmed the total cost of your order you can then make a payment either by
- Sending a cheque made payable to Cracker-Box to Cracker-Box (Unit 1) at Les Topham Garden & Craft Centre, Birmingham Road, Mappleborough Green, Nr Studley, Warwickshire B80 7DF
- By credit-card, via Pay Pal, based on quotes/invoices we have already provided for a pre-determined amount.
- By credit card or debit card by giving your details over the telephone.
PAYMENT VIA PAY PAL
If you wish to make a payment to Cracker-Box via Pay Pal please follow these instructions. Payments can only be made in whole pounds (£).
- Read these instructions and then click on the Pay Pal icon below.
- On the page that next appears, in the Quantity box enter the number of pounds (£) that you wish to pay e.g. 10 @ £1.00
- Click on Update Totals and this will then automatically total the payment i.e. 10 @ £1.00 = £10.00
- Proceed to enter your details of either your Pay Pal account or Credit Card account.
- Once you have made the payment, Pay Pal will automatically send an email to Cracker-Box confirming details of the sender and the amount paid.
